Forms and  Policies

Travel Masters Policies

A completed credit card authorization form is required for all purchases using a credit card.

• Airline tickets - these fees apply whether we issue the ticket in our office or arrange for the ticket to be issued by the airline or other ticketing source.
  • Domestic destinations - $25 per ticket
  • International destinations - $50 per ticket
• Hotels - if the hotel pays a commission to Travel Masters, we do not impose a fee.  If the hotel does not pay a commission to Travel Masters, we charge a fee equal to a maximum of 10% of the cost of the hotel stay.
• Cars - if the car company pays a commission to Travel Masters, we do not impose a fee.  If the car company does not pay a commission to Travel Masters, we charge a fee equal to a maximum of 10% of the cost of the car rental.
• Cancellations -
  • Airline tickets - Travel Masters does not impose a fee for canceling an airline ticket.
  • Tour Packages -
    • Packages costing less than $500pp - cancel fee is $25pp
    • Packages costing $500pp or more - cancel fee is $50pp
    • If no refund is due from the cancelled package, the fees will be payable upon cancellation of the package.
    • If a refund is due, the cancel fee must be paid before we can submit a request for refund.
• Research - some vacations require additional research that is very time consuming.  We charge a $100 fee for extensive packages.  This fee is paid in advance.  If you purchase the package, the fee is refunded or applied to the purchase of the package.  If you decide to not purchase the package. the research fee is NONREFUNDABLE.

Travel Masters is not responsible for changes made by the airlines.  If we receive notification of a change, we will contact the customer. But, we are not always notified.  And, we sometimes do not receive sufficient advance notice of changes to allow time to contact you.  We are not responsible for the decisions of the airlines.

Most airline tickets are non-refundable.  Many tour packages become non-refundable as the departure date approaches.  The group trips offered by Travel Masters have non-refundable deposits.  We strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance.   We recommend Access America.

If you choose to decline this valuable protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements.
