Reefs, cenotes and whale sharks! This is an amazing trip!
It's a great trip with so much to offer. The fabulous all-inclusive hotel, the reef diving, the cenote dives and snorkeling with the whale sharks?!! Let's start with the whale sharks since it's the craziest thing you can legally do! Yes – you will be in the water with 30' – 40' FISH! They are generally seen feeding (on plankton) at the surface so you can easily view them from the boat or snorkel alongside of them. This is a terrific opportunity to get up close and personal with the largest fish in the world – without even putting on scuba gear!
We will also enjoy diving on the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world. The reef system begins north of Cancun and runs all the way to Honduras! And, if you need more unique and spectacular opportunities – then let's go diving in a cenote! A what? A cenote is filled with crystal clear (truly), fresh water opening to a vast system of underground caverns, tunnels and chambers. You will not enter the cave/cavern system – this is just the magnificent opening that leads to them.
Oh – the hotel ... wow ... this is really good! Located in Puerta Aventuras, about 50 miles from the hustle and bustle of Cancun, the Catalonia Riviera Maya has 423 spacious rooms, 7 restaurants, 7 bars, 5 swimming pools, a gym, nightly entertainment, a sports center (loaded with non-motorized toys like windsurfing, sailboats and kayaks) and more! This is the perfect place to spend some time in between diving, snorkeling and touring!

Payment Info:
- Garden Room: $1995 per person based on double occupancy
- Subtract $400 for non-divers
- Add $995 for single occupancy
- Initial deposit of $500 per person is non-refundable and due at the time you sign up for the trip.
- 2nd non-refundable payment $500 per person due January 15, 2021
- Final payment is due May 1, 2021.
All payments are nonrefundable at the time of payment.
Trip Insurance:
- Trip Insurance is included for ages up through 59 for the price of the trip but may increase after purchasing airfare.
- A supplement will apply to anyone over 59.

- A valid passport is required for entry into Mexico and must be valid for 6 months beyond the dates of your trip. No visa is required for US Citizens.
