Trip Insurance:
- Trip Insurance is included for ages up through 59 for the price of the trip but may increase after purchasing airfare or additional costs.

Notes:
- A passport is required for entry into Belize and must be valid for 6 months beyond the dates of your trip.
- Bring bug spray; this is land based and there are bugs
- The resort area is all sand, so there’s plenty of beach
- If you have dietary preferences, I’ll need to know ahead of time so they can be prepared
- If you miss the boat transfer, you can get to the resort by private charter flight at an additional cost (may or may not be covered by trip insurance)
- The boat transfer from Belize City to the resort is 1 ½ to 2 hours depending on weather
- Arrive at Belize City’s Philip Goldson International Airport (BZE) no later than 2:00 p.m. local time. There, you will be greeted by a Blackbird Caye representative, who will shuttle you to Old Belize you can enjoy your day awaiting our transfer boat, which will depart at 3 pm. In the event, your flight is delayed or canceled and our complimentary boat charter is missed, a private flight charter can be scheduled daily leaving no later than 5:00 pm for an additional cost. The boat transfer back to Belize City departs at 8am. Your flight out of Belize on the return back home should be after 12:30pm.
- Water temperature will be about 80F
- You need to be Advanced Open Water certified to dive the Blue Hole
- Boat rides to dive sites 5-30 minutes, Blue Hole is 1 hour.
- Strict no smoking policy on the island.
- Dive computers are required.
