Join Scubaland Adventures and  Robie Lewis on our group trip to Fiji! We will be staying at Volivoli Beach Resort, which is perched on the edge of the stunning Bligh Water. With over 80 dive sites to choose from, it is the perfect spot for any avid diver.  The resort offers a variety of accommodations, 3 bars and 2 restaurants onsite that feature world class cuisine.  Join the local staff and villagers for Meke night, a Kava ceremony and traditional Fijian culture. 


The Bligh Waters are renowned for an amazing display of fish, pelagic creatures, and the best soft coral diving in Fiji.  Volivoli owns and operates the best known Fiji scuba diving operation – Ra Divers, which is based at the resort with a fully equipped training facility, Nitrox, and state of the art camera facilities.  Ra Divers dive guides are all local Fijian Dive Masters who have grown up in the pristine waters of Fiji and who are keen to share their knowledge with their international visitors!

Once certified as an Open Water diver in Aug 1999, I was hooked. I became an instructor in 14 months showing the excitement and dedication I have to this sport. Many people ask me what class I like to teach the most and I'd say it's a toss up. I love teaching Open Water classes because it's where it all begins and there's nothing better than to see someone overcome the anxiety of their first time breathing under water. But then again, I also love seeing these same people grow as they gain comfort in their Advanced Open Water classes and the ultimate in achievement when they complete the Rescue course. It's all exciting to me. 


There are many places which I have not explored yet, but I've been to St. Croix; St. Lucia; Cozumel, MX; Playa del Carmen, MX; Roatan, Honduras; Bonaire, Netherland Antilles; Belize; Japan; in addition to many dives stateside in Lake Travis (Austin, TX), Aquarena Springs (San Marcos, TX), Lake Superior (Wisconsin), Florida Keys (Florida) and Flower Gardens National Marine Sanctuary (Gulf of Mexico). They are all special in their own way and I simply can't pick a favorite!

  • Trip Insurance is included for ages up through 59 for the price of the trip but may increase after purchasing airfare or additional costs.

  • A passport is required for entry and must be valid for 6 months beyond the dates of your trip.
