Trip Coordination
We take care of a lot of details behind the scenes for your trip. These days there are even more details we take care of with all the changes in travel protocols we need to research and all the travel changes due to flights.
Here are some of the details we take care of:
• Research on destinations, lodging and activities to make sure we book you with reputable vendors
• Suggestions on flights
• All communication with resort and any other in-country vendors
• Wire transfers
• Airport transfers
• Pre-trip documentation including an itinerary, important contact numbers, “Good to Know” info (such as outlets, what to pack, water temperature and more).
• Entry procedures into the country (covid testing, vaccination requirements, etc)
The cost to cover the work we put into each trip is typically 15-20% of the cost of the trip.
Air Concierge Service
Who has the time these days to comb through multiple sites trying to find the best airfare and the best schedule? That’s where Travel Masters comes in! Besides finding the best flight options, we will also monitor your flights and let you know of any schedule changes. If the schedule change would make your miss your connecting flight, we will work to rebook you.
$100 USD domestic air concierge service
$150 USD international air concierge service

Rail Pass
Similar to airline tickets, rail passes for your trip can be obtained through Travel Masters. Obtaining a rail pass costs $25 USD to $100 USD depending on the complexity of the itinerary.
Research Retainer
Researching and arranging an amazing adventure takes time and know-how. While some itineraries can be created quickly, most require multiple phone calls, emails, and Internet chats with resort and tour operators in multiple time zones around the globe. Availability, pricing, and special requests are just a few of the details our travel consultants will take care of for you. To help cover the costs of providing these services we require a research retainer to begin a custom itinerary.
A research retainer of $50 USD to $200 USD may apply to your custom itinerary. The retainer depends on complexity of your itinerary. Any retainers collected prior to creating a custom itinerary will be applied to the final invoice for your itinerary.
