SCUBA DIVING IN MALAYSIA

Pygmy seahorses, blue ring octopus, need we say more? There is a variety of diving from muck to macro to beautiful walls of coral. There are many more species of coral and fish in this part of the world than in the Caribbean.
When to Dive Malaysia:  Anytime is a good time to dive Malaysia. If you want to go during peak times you will need to book further in advance and prices will be higher (around Christmas, the month of August, Chinese New Year and end of April/beginning of May.

Experience level:  There is something for every level of experience. New divers will find good conditions and more experienced divers will see critters they may not have seen before.

Water Temperatures:  Low to Mid 80’s

How to Dive Malaysia:  Definitely land based, a resort built over the water is ideal (to get ocean breezes and no bugs!)

What you’ll see:  Walls, coral gardens, schools of fish, turtles, sharks, rays, frogfish, pygmy seahorses, blue ring octopus, mandarin fish, clownfish, nudibranches and much much more.

Unique Experiences - A 3 day add on to see the orangutans and visit the Kinabatangan River for a chance to see Proboscis Monkeys and Pygmy Elephants is a MUST!
